I specialize in teaching individuals how to retrain the hormonal energy management system of their bodies - using the master signaling hormones leptin, melatonin, and cortisol - and incorporate proper nutrition to live a happy and healthy life. I am Board Certified in Applied Quantum Biology by the American Naturopathic Medical Board, have completed coaching certifications with the Quantum Biology Collective, a Certified Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and recently completed the New Biology Curriculum with Dr. Tom Cowan. I have over 14 years of experience working one on one with clients to optimize nutrition, lifestyle & mindset. My goal is to shift the paradigm when it comes to circadian rhythms, health, nutrition & light, and help people integrate these principles into their lives in a modern world for optimal health regardless of their age or stage of life.
